It is Christmas, “Give a smile!”: 300 attendees at the committee dinner at the Brufani Hotel in Perugia

PERUGIA – Over 300 guests of the traditional charity dinner “Its Christmas, give a smile!” organized by the Committee for Life “Daniele Chianelli” at the Hotel Brufani in Perugia. The evening, now in its eleventh edition, had the aim of raising funds for scientific research, for the care and assistance of patients, children, youths and adults, patients with leukemia, lymphomas and solid tumors. The founders of the Franco Committee and Luciana Chianelli did the honors. Also present were the president of the Umbria Region Catiuscia Marini Region, the regional councilors Carla Casciari and Claudio Ricci, the rector of the University of Perugia Franco Moriconi, the prefect Raffaele Cannizzaro, the city councilor Edi Cicchi, the director of the health care company Emilio Duca and the primary of the complex structures of Hematology, Brunangelo Falini and pediatric Oncohaematology, Maurizio Caniglia. Numerous guests were representatives of the health sector, doctors, researchers, graduate students, such as Professor Mauro Volpi, and local entrepreneurs, such as the president of Confcommercio Foligno, Aldo Amoni and many friends, volunteers and supporters of the Committee. During the evening a pleasant moment with the ventriloquist Nicola Pesaresi, known for the transmission “Tu si que vales”. The president Franco Chianelli reiterated the need to continue to support many doctors and researchers who represent the flagship of Umbrian health. A prestigious school, started with Professor Massimo Fabrizio Martelli and today carried on by Brunangelo Falini who thanks to his discoveries, which earned him numerous awards all over the world, helps to help many patients from all over Italy and the rest of the world .
