the children spent a cheerful and carefree afternoon. But the fun was also for the older ones. Adult, family and volunteer patients have performed the songs and dances of the popular traditions of the Italian regions. Particularly appreciated also the performance of the folk group “Tarantarci” that between “pizziche” and “tarante” made everyone dance. Space also for musical performances with groups of former patients and small patients led by the teacher and music therapist Lorenzo Capolsini. “Our greatest joy and that for which we work every day – said the president of the Committee, Franco Chianelli – is the smile of these children. Joy and fun can also help them to live better this difficult time of battle against a terrible disease. I will never stop thanking the doctors and the medical staff of the hospital in Perugia that we will continue to support and the many volunteers who spend hours of time every day with patients and their families “.
